The iPod touch (pronounced [ˈaɪpɑd ˈtʌtʃ]) is a portable digital music player with a multi-touch capacitive touchscreen, designed and marketed by Apple. It is Wi-Fi compatible for browsing the web with Safari, and has access to an optimized version of the iTunes Store[1] for downloading music (downloaded items are automatically added to the iTunes library when synced with the user’s computer). It also allows viewing videos and photos. It can also embed applications downloaded from the App Store.
